Acceptable Use Policy

Photo to Sticker is built for safe, lawful image editing and sticker creation. This policy explains what is and is not allowed when you use the service.
Allowed Use
You may use Photo to Sticker to select and process images when:
- you have the right to use the image
- the content is lawful and non-explicit
- the use does not violate another person's privacy, safety, or intellectual property rights
Prohibited Content
You may not use Photo to Sticker to select, process, or use the editor to create content that includes or promotes:
- nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, fetish content, or otherwise NSFW material
- sexualized images of minors or any exploitative content involving minors
- gore, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or extreme injury
- hate speech, harassment, threats, or degrading content targeting protected groups
- impersonation, deceptive face swaps, deepfakes, or identity misuse
- illegal activity, scams, fraud, malware, phishing, or abuse of online services
- copyrighted or private material that you do not have the right to use
- personal data of another person without permission
Prohibited Behavior
You may not:
- attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with hosted service limits
- automate abusive requests or overload the service
- reverse engineer or scrape the service
- use the service in a way that creates legal, compliance, security, or infrastructure risk for the platform
Moderation and Enforcement
The current editor normally processes image content on your device, so Photo to Sticker does not claim to inspect every image you select. We may act on abusive network activity, support reports, or other evidence of a policy violation. We may:
- block or limit access to hosted website resources
- suspend or terminate access to support or historical account features
- cooperate with service providers or authorities where required
