2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

Account information

• email address
• display name or profile image returned by your sign-in provider
• sign-in metadata such as provider name and account identifier

Uploaded content

• photos and images you submit for preview or Pro rendering
• basic file metadata needed to process the upload

Order and credit information

• order number, product, price, currency, credits, and validity period
• payment status and limited billing/contact details returned by our payment processor

Usage and device information

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate usage logs
• events related to uploads, generation, checkout, purchase, and product usage

Cookies and local storage

• essential technologies needed for authentication, session continuity, security, and site preferences
• analytics-related technologies if analytics tools are enabled on the site
• advertising-related technologies if advertising is enabled on non-core content areas of the site

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate sign-in, account, credits, orders, and support workflows
• process uploaded images and return preview or Pro sticker results
• detect abuse, policy violations, fraud, or unsafe content
• run checkout, payment confirmation, and credit fulfillment
• improve reliability, debug failures, and understand product usage
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party providers to run the service. Depending on which features are enabled and which flow you use, data may be processed by providers such as:

• Google or GitHub for sign-in
• Creem and related payment partners for checkout and payment processing
• fal.ai and underlying model providers for image storage, moderation, editing, and background removal
• Turso for database storage
• Vercel for website hosting and delivery
• Google Analytics, OpenPanel, or Plausible for analytics when enabled
• Google AdSense and related Google advertising services when advertising is enabled

We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

5. Uploaded Images and Retention

• We do not intentionally store uploaded source images in our own primary user database.
• Uploaded images are sent to third-party processing and storage providers so the service can generate a preview or Pro result.
• Temporary copies may be retained by those processors for operational reasons, cache windows, request history, abuse review, or delivery, subject to their systems and policies.
• Account, order, and credit records may be retained for support, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, tax, and legal compliance as long as reasonably necessary.

6. Safety and Moderation

We may automatically inspect uploads and generation results to detect unsafe or policy-violating content, including NSFW material. If an image appears unsafe, we may block processing, deny output, suspend access, or take other enforcement action.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use essential technologies required to run the service. If analytics is enabled, analytics providers may receive pageview and event data so we can understand product usage and improve the site.

If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page URL, ad interaction data, and similar signals to serve, measure, limit, personalize, or secure ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, settings, consent choices, and Google policies.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings, Google ad settings, and any consent controls shown on the site. Blocking essential technologies may break core features such as sign-in, generation, checkout, or download access.

For users in regions where consent is required for personalized advertising, we may show a consent message or use a Google-certified consent management platform before serving relevant ads.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data. You may also have rights to object to some processing or request a copy of your data.

Photo to Sticker is not intended for children under the minimum age allowed by law to use the service. Do not use the service to upload images of minors in sexual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited contexts.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
