1. Who We Are

Photo to Sticker is a lightweight browser editor for turning a photo into a digital sticker file. If you have a privacy question or request, contact:

2. On-Device Sticker Creation

The current public editor turns a selected photo into an editable digital sticker and creates the export files on your device.

• Your selected photo is not uploaded to our image-processing or image-generation server.
• The browser downloads the model and runtime files needed to create the first sticker result on your device.
• The edited photo, mask, undo history, and exported image remain in browser memory or on your device unless you choose to send or upload the file somewhere else.
• We do not intentionally store the current editor's source photos or results in our database.

The website cannot control your own device, browser extensions, downloaded-file location, or another service to which you later upload an exported file.

3. Other Information We May Collect

Usage and device information

Depending on which analytics or advertising tools are enabled, we may receive:

• IP address, approximate location, browser, device type, operating system, page URL, referrer, and timestamps
• page views and product events such as opening the editor, selecting a file type, processing success or failure, editing controls used, and export type
• performance and error information needed to understand compatibility and reliability

We do not intentionally include the contents of your selected photo in analytics events.

Support information

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments or other information you choose to send. Do not send sensitive photos unless they are necessary for your request.

Historical account, order, and credit information

Earlier versions of Photo to Sticker offered account and payment features. We may retain related email, account identifier, order number, product, price, currency, payment status, credit ledger, and limited billing or contact details returned by the payment processor. These records are not required to use the current public editor.

Cookies and local storage

We may use browser storage for site preferences, analytics controls, advertising consent, runtime caching, and model caching. The local model may be cached by your browser so later visits are faster.

4. How We Use Information

We use information we receive to:

• deliver and improve the website and browser editor
• measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate product use
• respond to support and privacy requests
• secure the site and prevent abusive network activity
• maintain historical transaction records for support, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, tax, and legal compliance
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies

5. Service Providers

Depending on current configuration, we may use:

• Cloudflare for website, model, and runtime file delivery
• Turso for historical account, order, and operational records
• Creem and related payment partners for historical payment records, payment notifications, disputes, refunds, and compliance
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, a Plausible-compatible pageview service, and OpenPanel when configured
• Google AdSense and related Google services when advertising is enabled

These providers can receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested URL, timestamps, interaction or session signals, and security signals. Cloudflare serves the website and model files; the current editor does not send your selected photo to Cloudflare for image processing. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

6. Retention

• The current editor's photo and editing state normally end when you close or reload the page, subject to your browser and device behavior.
• Model and runtime files may remain in your browser cache until the browser removes them or you clear the cache.
• Analytics and security logs are retained according to the relevant provider settings and our operational needs.
• Support messages are retained as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain records.
• Historical account, order, payment, and credit records may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, tax, disputes, and legal compliance.

7. Analytics, Advertising, and Consent

If analytics is enabled, analytics providers may receive page-view, interaction, session-replay, performance, and event data. We do not intentionally send the contents of your selected photo through those events.

If Google advertising is enabled:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this website and other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
• Other third-party advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies when listed or enabled. You can visit their own sites to opt out, or use YourAdChoices where available.

Google AdSense and related services may also use local storage, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page URL, ad interaction data, and similar signals to serve, measure, limit, personalize, or secure ads.

You can manage many technologies through browser settings, the opt-out links above, and any consent controls shown on the site. Blocking storage or network requests may prevent the sticker model from loading or being cached.

Where required, we may show a consent message or use a consent management platform before enabling relevant advertising or analytics features. Available choices may depend on your region and the providers currently enabled.

8. Legal Bases and Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal data. Some historical transaction records may need to be retained where required for tax, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations.

9. Children

Photo to Sticker is not intended for children under the minimum age allowed by law to use the service. Do not use it for sexual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited images of minors.

10. International Processing

Our infrastructure, analytics, advertising, support, and historical transaction providers may process request or record data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the date above.
