1. About Photo to Sticker

Photo to Sticker is a lightweight web service that helps users turn one uploaded photo into a cleaner digital sticker PNG. The service currently offers:

• a free preview flow
• paid Pro rerenders through one-time credit packs
• transparent PNG downloads for completed Pro renders

The service provides digital PNG files only. We do not print, manufacture, ship, or mail physical adhesive stickers.

These Terms govern your use of the website, product, and related support services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use account-based features, you must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You must use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not use Photo to Sticker to:

• upload or generate illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content
• upload images you do not have the right to use
• impersonate another person or create deceptive face-swap or deepfake style content
• abuse, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service
• bypass rate limits, credits, payment flows, or safety controls

We may reject uploads, block generation, suspend access, or cancel orders when we believe content or behavior violates these rules.

4. Your Content

• You retain rights you already hold in the photos you upload.
• You give us and our service providers a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform your uploaded content only as needed to run the service.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content.
• We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be identical to your source image or suitable for every commercial or personal use case.

5. Service Output and Availability

Photo to Sticker is provided on an "as available" basis.

• We may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, exact processing speed, or perfect sticker results for every image.
• Free previews and Pro rerenders can vary with image quality, crop, lighting, subject complexity, and third-party model behavior.

6. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Photo to Sticker currently sells one-time credit packs. The current product is not a recurring subscription.

• Free previews do not spend credits.
• Credits are spent when you trigger a new Pro rerender.
• Credit pack size, price, and validity period are shown on the website and at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Creem and related payment partners. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
• Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are final.
• We may suspend access or reverse service access where a payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

7. Intellectual Property

The Photo to Sticker website, brand elements, interface, software, and service workflow are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.

• You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service itself.
• These Terms do not transfer ownership of our software, product design, or service infrastructure to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure and product operations, including authentication, hosting, database, analytics, payments, and image processing. Your use of Photo to Sticker may also be subject to those third parties' applicable terms and policies.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• your use creates legal, security, abuse, or payment risk
• we are required to do so by a service provider, payment partner, or law

You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• the service is provided without warranties of any kind
• we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order or credit pack giving rise to that claim

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
