1. About Photo to Sticker
Photo to Sticker is a free browser editor that can:
- turn a selected photo into an editable digital sticker on your device
- let you erase or restore parts of the sticker edge
- adjust the subject, layout, and optional outline
- export transparent PNG, 512×512 PNG, and platform-oriented WebP files
The current public workflow does not require an account, credits, subscription, or payment. It provides digital image files only and does not print, manufacture, package, or ship physical stickers.
These Terms govern your use of the website, editor, and related support.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service.
- You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
- If you use a historical account or contact support about an earlier order, you must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in method.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not:
- process illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited material
- use images you do not have the right or permission to use
- impersonate another person or create deceptive identity content
- abuse, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the website, model delivery, analytics, or security controls
- use the service in a way that violates another person's privacy, publicity, safety, or intellectual-property rights
We may restrict website access or support where network activity or reported use violates these rules.
4. Your Content and Local Processing
- You retain the rights you already hold in your photos and exported files.
- The current editor normally creates and exports the sticker on your device and does not upload the selected photo to our image-generation service.
- You are responsible for the rights, permissions, and lawful purpose of every image you process.
- If you voluntarily send a photo to support, you give us a limited right to receive, copy, and inspect it only as needed to handle the request, enforce policies, or comply with law.
5. Output and Availability
Photo to Sticker is provided on an "as available" basis.
- We may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact processing speed, compatibility with every browser or device, or a perfect sticker result for every image.
- Results vary with image quality, crop, lighting, subject complexity, browser capabilities, device memory, and model limitations.
- You must inspect the file and decide whether it is suitable for your intended use.
- Platform-oriented exports do not create an official integration, publish a sticker pack, or guarantee acceptance by another app.
6. Current Free Access and Historical Purchases
The current public editor has no checkout. Earlier versions offered paid digital downloads and one-time credit packs.
- Historical orders, refunds, disputes, and credit records remain governed by the terms shown when the transaction occurred and by applicable law.
- We may retain transaction records and continue to receive payment-provider notifications for bookkeeping, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, refunds, and support.
- Historical account or transaction records do not create a promise that a retired paid workflow will remain publicly available forever.
- Contact support@stickerbeam.com if you need help with an earlier order.
7. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Components
The Photo to Sticker brand, website design, original interface, and service code are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the service in violation of law or an applicable license.
The browser editor also uses open-source models, runtimes, and libraries governed by their own licenses. Those components remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
8. Third-Party Services
The website depends on third-party providers for hosting, model-file delivery, analytics, advertising, database records, support, and historical payment operations. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to hosted parts of the service if:
- you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- your network activity creates legal, security, abuse, or infrastructure risk
- a service provider or law requires us to act
You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- the service is provided without warranties of any kind
- we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- our total liability for a claim related to the current free service will not exceed USD 10, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim if that amount is greater
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
